You may also make purchases with a personal check, or an on-line
bank transfer via PayPal (using PayPal funds only - please use our
secure credit card payment option if you wish to pay using a credit
card.) These options can be selected during the check-out process
from the drop-down menu in the shopping cart.
Regrettably,
at this time, we are only able to ship to the United States and
Canada for purchases made through our shopping cart. International
orders will be considered on a individual basis. Please contact

Return
Policy
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy
with your purchase, please refer to the return policy below. We
will make every effort possible to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
Returns
or Exchanges:
Kings and Sages is quite sure you will love our products whether
you are the original purchaser or the recipient of a gift. In the
rare instance that this is not the case, you may contact us to return
product for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 15 days
of purchase. Product* must be in new condition (i.e. not used or
laundered) with original hang tags attached. Product not in new
condition is only returnable if defective (see below). Please contact
us directly before returning merchandise to receive a Return Authorization
number and complete instructions. There are no restocking fees for
returns or exchanges.
Exchanges
for an alternate fabric or size are gladly provided (customer must
pay new shipping charges). Product must be in new condition (i.e.
not used or laundered) with original hang tags attached. Please
contact us directly before returning merchandise for exchange to
receive a Return Authorization number as well as complete instructions.
*Special
policy regarding our neckties
Neckties will only be accepted for an exchange or a store credit
towards other merchandise. All requests for exchanges must be received
within 48 hours of receipt of product. Product exchanges are limited
to one (1) exchange per order. Customer must pay new shipping charges.
Product must be in new condition (i.e. not used or laundered) with
original hang tags attached in original location. Please contact
us directly before returning merchandise for exchange to receive
a Return Authorization number as well as complete instructions.
Defective
Product:
We strive to produce the highest quality product, made with the
finest materials and workmanship available. If within 90 days of
purchase you encounter problems involving a defective product, you
may return the product for exact exchange or repair. Please contact
us directly before returning merchandise to receive a Return Authorization
number and complete instructions.
Refunds
or Credits:
Please note that refunds or credits are only made utilizing the
original form of payment. Refunds for purchases made using an On-line
bank transfer will be processed to the original purchaser's account.
Please also note that we can only credit the credit card used by
the original purchaser for any returns. We do not give refunds in
cash, and we do not credit a different credit card.
