We have two goals: 1. to sell fabric 2. to satisfied customers.
While we want every customer to be completely satisfied, please understand that the purpose here is to reduce our inventory so all sales are final. However, if there is a physical flaw with your purchase, we will gladly replace the damaged goods.
I understand how fabric is as much a tactile choice as it is a visual one. If you have a question about color or other feature bout a particular fabric, please contact me and I will work with you to answer any questions before you make your purchase.
What are the payment options?
Currently the site accepts Paypal and Venmo. Suggestions for other options are welcome.
How are orders shipped?
Our preferred shipping provider is US Priority Mail using the flat rate boxes. A small flat rate box can hold up to 2 yards. A medium box can hold up to 10 yards.
We are willing to explore other options on a case-by-case basis.
International shipping is not currently enabled through our website cart, although I am happy to process an order offline. Contact me directly through the Chat option or the contact module on the main page for more information.
